Shoei Hornet 2

When we went shopping for gear upgrades I tried on some new brain buckets. My GMax GM11D was just too loud and uncomfortable at freeway speeds and given the time I’ll be spending in a helmet it followed that’s where I should be making the most serious investment. Then my partner chimed in with her logic – why would you wear anything less than the best?

She was right. My noggin is now shrouded in a Shoei Hornet X2. Better fit, greater comfort, great sound deadening with better frequency response from my Sena system, and it’s visor drag is much more stable at freeway speeds.
